Understanding these parts of ourselves, our existence, is a path of balance and healing. This is not just a knowing for me; this is also a well-travelled path I have explored and navigated for the past 20+ years.
When these parts of us are connected, life feels aligned, purposeful, and full of vitality. But after grief, burnout, life's challenges, or simply putting everyone else first, that connection can become lost. You may feel exhausted, disconnected, uncertain of your direction, or as though something is missing. Your hive is no longer thriving.
Through intuitive messages, energy healing, and soul-led guidance, I help women return to their inner wisdom, awaken their intuition, and connect with their souls, their higher selves.

Energy is my first language. Energy is a frequency that I understand and translate into words. It comes through so fast that the energy is a feeling within my body first followed by images in my mind-eye to help the message come through with further detail.
Being human is my second language, as you can imagine I show up a little weird, but because I understand energy I am able to hold space for you, all of you, meaning you will feel right at home in my presence, making me not that weird after all.
I will never connect with energy without permission.
This is a very strong boundary for me. We can meet energetically but I will not open the energy channel until there is, 1. an invitation, 2. permission has been given.
I acknowledge all energy and the path it has chosen. I work with energy not against it.
~ "For to see all energy is to know all energy" ~ This is my biggest protection, and I am therefore not taken by surprise in how energy choses to show up.
